Confirming a Reservation A deposit of $250 or
40% of the rent (whichever is greater) is required to secure the
reservation. The remaining balance is due a minimum of 60 days
prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
Unexpected occurrences such as illness or hurricanes can rapidly
change your travel plans. Travel Insurance protection if

recommended if you are concerned about having to cancel your reservation
with less than 60 days notice. 100% of the rent (minus the
deposit) is refunded with greater than 60 days notice .
