Cleaning fee: $75

Confirming a reservation:
A deposit of $250 or 40% of the rent (whichever is greater) is required
to secure a reservation. The remaining balance is due in full a
minimum of 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
Unexpected occurrences such as illness or hurricanes can rapidly change
your travel plans. Our cancellation policy is detailed in our
rental agreement and travel insurance is recommended if you are concerned
about having to cancel your reservation with less than 60 days

Cashier's check, Money order, Paypal or Credit Card (a
3% fee applies to all credit card payments)
